Shenzhen Bojiheng Industy Co.,Ltd. was established in Sep,2000, with a registered capital of 26 million Yuan. After nearly 20 years of steady development, it has become a large-scale handbag products manufacturing enterprise integrating design, production, foreign trade and domestic sales. Shenzhen company owns a handbag factory in Gongming Town,Guangming District. It has a production plant of 10,000 square meters and more than 300 employees. With its experienced manufacturing technology, stable production capacity, high-quality products and professional design capabilities, the company has established long-term and good cooperative relations with customers.

In order to expand the scale of production and provide customers with more affordable products, the company established Xiangcheng County Bojiheng Industry Co.,Ltd. in Henan province in Aug,2017.Invested in a new plant of 18,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with the latest production machinery and equipment, including computer sewing machine, DY sewing machine, edge-making machine, high frequency hot press machine, needle detectors, etc. The factory has 6 modern production lines, more than 500 professional and technical workers. Henan company has a professional management team, the factory supporting staff dormitory, staff restaurant, perfect production workshop and office area, sample showroom. In order to ensure a good working order and strict work discipline, while improving work efficiency, producing high-quality products and reducing waste, the company strictly implements the 7S management model and trains new recruits.

In order to provide customers with more convenient and efficient export trade services, the company established Hong Kong Bojiheng Trading Co., Limited in Dec,2018.

In 2018, there were 21.03 million items exported to a Japanese company and 14.31 million items exported to another Japanese company. The number of exports has reached to a record high.

The main products are: shopping bag, handbags, cosmetic bags, coins pouches, pencil cases, card sets, insulation bags, drawstring pouches, aprons, insulated gloves for cooking, documents bags, bottle holders, kettle bags, camera bags, digital products bags, cell phone bags, handmade parts(decorative lace ribbons, embroidered decorative pieces, buttons, stamps), hot-press products, etc.

Product design

The company has a professional design team and sample making department, and employs three Japanese designers to participate in the design and development of new products, and independently developed and produced more than 600 varieties of products. The designers selected product styles, fabrics, patterns and popular elements carefully to ensure that new products meet market needs. There are three or five series every month, about 120 new products are launched, and we can propose new products to customers every month.

The company can design customized products based on customer samples and drawings. Logo can be printed, embroidered, stamped, embossed, silk screen printed, etc.

Quality assurance

Good quality is the life of company. Our company’s products start from selection of materials, through inspection, testing, determine the materials and ingredients to ensure the safety of the materials in use. The materials and products are subject to strict inspection standards. The products operated by our company can meet the environmental testing of SGS testing institutions, and can provide test reports of lead-free, nickel-free and low cadmium. At present, there are 30 personnel in the inspection department of the company, which is responsible for the full inspection of the finished products. After the raw materials enter the factory, they pass the procedures of raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection and product inspection to ensure the qualified products are put into storage.
